I spent 20 years working in the field of Science before I decided to pursue Real Estate and Home Inspections on the Central Coast. Initially, my early experience in Construction and Landscaping drew me to Home Inspections as a profession where I became an INTERNACHI certified Property Inspector. As an inspector serving the Central Coast, I would regularly interface with Realtors who encouraged me to pursue a Real Estate License. It made sense to do so because my knowledge of buildings gave me the ability to offer considerable value to clients when determining the condition of a house beyond what is evident to most.
